Guest uploads accept one MP4 up to 100 MB, with up to 3 uploads and 300 MB per day. Guest files are retained for 14 days. Signed-in reusable files can be stored without an automatic expiry; always review the expiry shown before upload.
If the MP4 upload or playback fails
Check the MIME type
The browser should identify the file as video/mp4. Renaming another format to .mp4 does not convert its container or codec.
Check the file size
Guest files must be 100 MB or smaller and also fit within the 300 MB daily allowance.
